2010 TERM DATES

Lessons are aligned in accordance with the QLD state school terms (eg. 4 terms, of approximately 10 weeks each in length). Term fees/invoices will be as according to the unit duration as stated in the 'Fees' section below (eg. 10 weeks a term for 'Private Tuition' and 'Choirs'; 8 weeks a term or 16 weeks a semester for 'Kindermusik' classes; and 10 weeks a term or 20 weeks a semester for 'Kinder Beat' classes). Occasionally, 'Kindermusik' or 'Kinder Beat' classes 'may' run into the school holidays if the term/semester began later than expected, or if there are make-up lessons to be done, etc.

TERM 1 Monday, 25th January - Friday, 2nd April (10 Weeks)

TERM 2 Monday, 12th April - Friday, 25th June (11 Weeks)

TERM 3 Monday, 12th July - Friday, 17th September (10 Weeks)

TERM 4 Monday, 4th October - Friday, 10th December (10 Weeks)

NB - if any of your lessons should ever fall on a 'Public Holiday' or a 'Student-Free Day', then your lesson will still occur that day, unless otherwise notified.

PRIVATE TUITION FEES

2010 FEES SCHEDULE (PRIVATE TUITION)
Term Account:	2010 Fees	If 10 wks in the term:
30-min. lessons	$30.00	Total = $300
45-min. lessons	$45.00	Total = $450
60-min. lessons	$60.00	Total = $600
For 2 siblings enrolled in the same term for private tuition- there will be a 10% discount on your overall total term’s fees for the 2 students. For 3 siblings enrolled in the same term for private tuition- there will be a 15% discount on your overall total term’s fees for the 3 students. For 4 siblings enrolled in the same term for private tuition- there will be a 20% discount on your overall total term’s fees for the 4 students.

NB- Should you request the ‘Payment Plan’ option, and your lessons occur fortnightly...payments will be due on weeks 1, 3 and 5 (if your lesson occurs every 1^stfortnight), or due on weeks 2, 4 and 6 (if your lesson occurs every 2^nd fortnight).

Payment Terms & Conditions: Private Tuition

* ‘Starshine Music Studio’ accepts payment via Cash, Cheque or Money Order (made payable to: Leia Knibb), Direct Deposit (Westpac: BSB - 034 114 / Account - 113 375…please use your surname as the reference), or Paypal only.

* Cheques that bounce will incur a $20 admin fee.

* There is a $5 per week ‘late fee’ for any overdue payments.

* Please no eftpos or credit cards, and please do not post cash!

* If you would like to pay via instalments, please contact us prior to the total fees due date to discuss a ‘payment plan’.
