'ENCORE ON KEYS' PIANO SERIES 

  

 

* ‘Junior Series’ Levels 1 - 4          (4 – 7 yrs)

A stimulating and enjoyable introduction to lemusic arning, featuring the lovable 'Onkie' characters. The four book course features a full range of musical skill including aural development, singing, music reading, playing and creating. Each book comes packaged with a CD featuring 'play-along' arrangements of all the pieces and songs.Students who successfully complete the Encore on Keys Junior Series advance to the Achiever Series.

 

* ‘Primary Series’ Levels 1 & 2          (7 – 12 yrs)

This is a one year piano/keyboard course that is comprehensive and lots of fun. It incorporates a broad range of styles such as rock, jazz, and classical. The learning sequence is the same as for the Junior series but with alternative repertoire. Each book comes packaged with a CD featuring "play-along" arrangements of all the pieces. Also included are Rhythym Taps to assist in the development of 2-handed rhythym reading and playing, plus Finger Taps to establish finger numbers and patterning. Students who successfully complete the Encore on Keys Primary Series advance to the Achiever Series.

 

* ‘Accent On Keys Series’ Levels 1 & 2          (12+ yrs Beginner)

* ‘Achiever Series’  Levels 1 - 3          (12+ yrs Advanced Beginner)

Each level of the Achiever Series has been divided into two teaching units, each of which represents approximately 10 weeks of learning. This provides a tangible goal for the student and a framework for the teacher. Books 1, 2 and 3 are currently available with book 4 to be released in the near future. Each book comes packaged with a CD featuring arrangements of all the pieces.
