'Kinder Beat' is a 1 year course (encompassing 2 levels, 'Music Box Magic' and 'Keyboard Magic', taught over a semester each) that is taught in a fun, caring, small group environment. A student kit for each level comprises of a student book, audio CD and plush toy character from the series.
Both you and your child will have lots of fun getting to know the characters and music that are part of the wonderful world that is 'Kinder Beat':
Music Box Magic (Level 1) Keyboard Magic (Level 2)
“Kinder Bear” and “Kinder Roo” lead children through classes that have them singing, dancing, playing games, exploring percussion instruments as well as keyboard instruments, and learning musical terms and concepts whilst igniting imaginations.
During Kinder Beat lessons, teachers use a variety of musical instruments and props to stimulate the senses and enrich the learning experience. These include: The Music Box, Rainbow Rings, Streamers, Parachutes, Hoops, Balls, Rhythm Sticks, Bells, Tambourines, Drums, Castanets, Triangles, Egg Shakers, Glockenspiel, Chime or Tone Bars, Tuned Hand Bells, Electronic Keyboard/Digital Piano/Acoustic Piano.
Children who successfully complete 'Kinder Beat' can then advance onto the 'Encore On Keys' beginner piano: Junior Series. Individual beginner piano lessons are taught through this studio also.
