ENROLMENT

Enrolment is as easy as 1, 2, 3…
1) Contact the studio with your enrolment request by completing the online ‘Enrolment Request’ form (below) and clicking "submit"; sending an email to starshinemusicstudio@gmail.com; or by phoning (07) 3886 9002. Be sure to indicate the relevant class (KM 'Village', KM 'Our Time', KM 'Imagine That', KM 'Family Time', KM 'ABC Music & Me', or 'Kinder Beat'), as well as your ‘preferred’ day and time (see our current Timetable). Make sure you've read through all relevant information regarding your chosen class (including our Fees). The studio will contact you to confirm whether there is a place available in a class on your desired day.
2) After class day/time and an available place for your child is confirmed by the studio, click here, to download and print your 'Enrolment Package'. Then, post your fully completed forms ('Enrolment Form' and Media Consent Form' only), along with your deposit monies (see 'Term Dates & Fees' for available payment methods) to:

3) Await successful enrolment confirmation! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your enrolment form and deposit monies via the email address that you supplied us with on your enrolment form (or via sms to your desired mobile number, if you requested this method instead). If you’ve not received confirmation within 5 working days of you sending it, please email/phone/sms the studio. Once received (along with your deposit monies), your child’s ‘At Home’ pack will now be ordered (to hopefully arrive ready for the 1st lesson). All remaining monies are due before or at your child’s 1st class.
